Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the matter is already settled between the parties. There was another litigation between them and Regular Civil Appeal No.26/2016 was filed by the appellant No.1 himself and in that appeal there is a compromise. He is producing the photo copy of that compromise, which is now marked as Exh.'X'. In view of that compromise, he is withdrawing this application. He has instructions to that effect.
