This Appeal is preferred by the Acquiring Body. Since there was a delay in preferring the Appeal, the Appeal was not registered. There were certain objections that needed to be removed by the Appellant. Since the objections could not be removed despite opportunity granted by the office, the registration of the Appeal came to be refused. Now, this Application is filed by the Acquiring Body/Appellant for the restoration of the First Appeal. This is an Application for the condonation of 1433 days delay by the Acquiring Body to restore

(( 2 )) 934-CA-3479-25 restore the registration of the Appeal and set aside the order passed by the Registrar dismissing the Appeal.

Admittedly, no notice was issued to the Respondents in the Appeal. The learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that within a period of one week, the office objections will be complied with. In view of the matter, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses 'A' and 'B'
