ORAL ORDER :- 1.
Learned Counsel for the applicant (original respondent) submits that Writ Petition No. 2346 of 2010 involves a service dispute and may be taken up for final hearing out of turn. He submits that he has succeeded before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and owing to the
(2) CA No.14859/2015 pendency of this petition, he is likely to suffer hardships. Though the applicant has been continued in service and promoted, he is not treated as a regular employee. 2.
Learned A.G.P. submits that he would be ready in these proceedings within two weeks.

Civil Application, is therefore, allowed.
