Present matter arises out of matrimonial dispute and it is for quashment of the proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.86 of 2024 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shindhkheda, Taluka Shindhkheda, District Dhule arising out of the First Information Report vide Crime No.109 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024 registered with Nardana Police Station, Taluka Shindhkheda, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned Advocate for the applicants and learned Advocate for respondent No.2 submitted that the matter has been compromised and applicant No.1 and respondent No.2 are residing together since 08.08.2024. The terms of compromise have been placed on record and [2]

they have been got verified through learned Registrar (Judicial). He has submitted his report on 09.04.2025. In view of the said settlement, as the husband and wife are residing together, we hope that they would live a good married life. In view of the same, as respondent No.2 has given no objection for quashment of the proceedings, we exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

I) Criminal Application stands allowed.

II) The proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.86 of 2024 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shindhkheda, Taluka Shindhkheda, District Dhule arising out of the First Information Report vide Crime No.109 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024 registered with Nardana Police Station, Taluka Shindhkheda, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code stands quashed and set aside as against the present applicants.
