It appears that respondent No.2 has been duly served, however, she has not caused appearance. Applicants have fled Criminal Application No.1014 of 2021 for quashing the First information Report fled against them. That application came to be dismissed in default on 23rd March, 2022. The learned Advocate for the applicants has taken it upon himself that because of inadvertence he could not remain present before the Court when the matter was called out. 2.

Taking into consideration unconditional apology of the learned Advocate for the applicants, Criminal Application No.1149 of 2022 stands allowed.
