Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Executing Court, as according to him, there are certain errors apparent on record in the impugned order dated 02/03/2017. 2.

Liberty as prayed for, is granted. However, it is clarified that if any application is made to the Executing Court to correct any errors apparent in the impugned order dated 02/03/2017, the same would be decided by the Executing Court on its own merits. This, without being influenced in any manner by the liberty granted by this Court. 3.

The petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
