Heard. Perused the F.I.R. It was a long standing consensual relationship. According to the applicant, even post marriage, the informant used to talk with him. The investigating officer has already seized the cell phone of the applicant and sent to Forensic Laboratory for retrieving the data therefrom. Considering the averments in the F.I.R., the Court finds it a fit case to grant the applicant protection. Hence, the application is allowed. The order dated 23/3/2023 granting interim anticipatory bail is made absolute, although the learned A.P.P. has strong reservations to grant the same.
