Shri Shahane, the learned Advocate for the respondent cites the judgment of the Labour Court dated 28.08.2017 delivered in Complaint (ULP) No. 107/2012 by which the complaint has been allowed. He further submits that the MSRTC has challenged an interlocutory order granting protection to the respondent in this petition and the said order, therefore, has merged in the final judgment. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner-MSRTC submits that the submission of Mr. Shahane is based on the judgment which he has shown to the Court.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous.
