The petitioner is before us being aggrieved by the fact that her pension papers are not being processed.

Issue notice. The learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent no.1. Ms. Pawar waives service for respondent nos.2 & 3. The learned advocate for the respondent nos.2 & 3 assures pension papers would be finalized at the earliest. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent nos.2 & 3 to undertake the exercise and forward the pension papers of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
