ORDER :

1.

The parties have arrived at the compromise and the compromise terms have been produced on record. Those terms have been got verified by Registrar (Judicial) and he has filed the report. 2.

As per the compromise, it appears that the appellant and respondents have agreed to get 78 R land divided i.e. the Survey No.421 and it is also agreed and decided between them that they will get executed a registered sale deed of their respective shares before Sub-Registrar.

Since the parties have accepted the terms of the compromise,

SA 321-2019 the second appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise. 4.

The Judgment and decree passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Parli Vaijnath on 27-01-2009 in Regular Civil Suit No.57 of 2006 and the decree passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.31 of 2009 by learned District Judge-1, Ambajogai on 06-03-2019 are hereby set aside.

The Regular Civil Suit No.57 of 2006 and the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise which is marked Exhibit "A". Pending civil applications stand disposed of. 6.

Decree be drawn up accordingly.

No order as to costs.
