O R D E R

(14 th DECEMBER, 2024) 1.

This appeal is placed before today's National Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

Mr. S.A. Khokale, A.E.-II, B.I.D., Beed for Acquiring Body is personally present before this National Lok Adalat, today. 3.

Mr. Mr. B.R. Survase h/f Mr. V. R. Sonvalkar on behalf of Acquiring Body is present and learned AGP Mr. Phule on behalf of the State and Mr. D. R. Jayabhar on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 Claimants are present.

The learned Advocates for the Acquiring Body and the learned AGP for the State fairly conceded that the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Resolution No. Sankirn 2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution, took a decision to settle the appeals by accepting the market rates determined by the Reference Court, which are within the parameters set out in the Government Resolution. The statement made by both the learned Advocates is in consonance with the recitals in the Government Resolution. In turn, these appeals are fit to dispose of before this National Lok Adalat.

Learned Advocate Mr. Mr. B.R. Survase informs that he has received instructions to withdraw the appeal as the parties have arrived at compromise as the amount has been already deposited in the reference Court and the appellants has already withdrawn the amount of compensation.

The respondents/Original claimants are at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited in the reference Court without filing any application, if not already withdrawn.

The appeal stand disposed of in terms of this order. 8.

Delay if any, stands condoned in respective Civil applications.

9.

In view of disposal of the appeal, the pending Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed off.

10.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

11.
