The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the direction of this Court to the Education Officer to forward a proposal to the Deputy Director, the former has not complied with the directions. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the proposal received from the management though it is addressed to the Deputy Director but since its copy has been forwarded even to the Education Officer, the Education Officer would in turn forward it to the Deputy Director within seven days.
