ORDER :

The application is filed for transfer of H.M.P. No. 130/2014 which is presently pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim to the Family Court, Aurangabad. Heard the learned counsel for applicant.

It is the case of wife, applicant that she has no source of income and she is not in a position to spend on her conveyance and for the attendant to attend the proceeding filed by husband at Washim. The distance between Aurangabad and Washim is 300 k.m. It is her case that she has filed proceeding for maintenance in Family Court at Aurangabad and so, both the proceedings can be brought in one Court.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. H.M.P. No. 130/2014 is withdrawn from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim and is transferred to Family Court, Aurangabad.
