This is an application praying for setting aside the order dated 3.9.2013 passed by Registrar (Judicial) by condoning the delay caused in filing the present application.

Considering the prayer made in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 3.9.2013 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside and the matter is restored to its original position. The petitioner to remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of non-compliance of this order, this order shall be deemed to be recalled. The delay occurred in filing the application is condoned.

The restoration of the matter is subject to condition of depositing costs of Rs.2,000/-. The amount of costs to be deposited within two weeks from today to the High Court Bar Association's Library, Aurangabad.
