Grievance is raised about non-compliance of order passed by this Court on 08.08.2018 in Writ Petition No. 2927 of 2017. 3.

Our attention is invited to a communication dated 28.03.2019. A statement is made in the communication that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.08.2018, an enquiry is conducted and the enquiry report is also annexed to the communication. Learned counsel fairly submits that there is some delay in compliance of the order of this Court however, the same is not intentional one and caused due to procedural difficulties. The officers of Zilla Parishad have expressed their unconditional apology for the delay and assure this Court that henceforth the authorities of Zilla Parishad would act promptly in compliance of

Statement made on behalf of Zilla Parishad is accepted. As the order is complied with, nothing remains in the contempt petition. Contempt petition as such stands disposed of. 5.

Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps, if aggrieved by the enquiry report.
