Present praecipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 01.10.2025.

In Clause (B) of Operative part of the Order, it is pointed out that 'a period of two weeks from today' is appearing, which is wrongly typed. Instead of 'a period of two weeks from today' it should be recorded as 'a period of two months from today '. The mistake is obvious and needs to be corrected.

Accordingly, in 5th line of clause (B) of operative part of the Order, words 'a period of two months from today' shall be inserted instead of 'a period of two weeks from today '.
