It is not in dispute that in connected first appeals arising out of same acquisition, this Court has permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking.

In that view of the matter, civil application is partly allowed. Applicant/claimant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation along with accrued interest, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
