The present application is filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 19- Jaibai w/o Yadavrao Bhangale who is reported to be dead on 11.01.2014. According to the applicant respondent No. 19 died on 11.01.2014 leaving behind sole legal heir i.e. Gajanan s/o Yadav Bhangale. The application is supported by affidavit and the copy of death certificate. The copy of death certificate filed on record shows that, Jaibai w/o Yadavrao Bhangale is died on 11.01.2014. The present Civil Application is filed on 09.04.2014. Office note indicates that, the application is filed in time and no say or objection submitted by learned Advocate for respondent till today. Taking into consideration, the fact that Civil Application is filed in time and there is no contest, I find no difficulty to pas following order. 7201.2016 CA

-2ORDER A] The Civil Application No. 8943/2014 is hereby allowed. The legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 19 - Jaibai w/o Yadavrao Bhangale is permitted to bring on record.

B] The necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days from the date of order.

Accordingly Civil Application is disposed of.
