During pendency of petition, petitioner no.3 expired on 27.11.2023. Prayer is made to bring on record his legal representatives alongith a prayer to condone the delay of 35 days. 2.

Considering the submissions advanced and copy of the death certificate, which is placed on record, application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A and B'. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Civil application stands disposed off. 3.

Place the writ petition for further hearing on 16th July, 2024. 4.
