The present contempt petition is filed on a grievance of noncompliance of the order dated 23rd October, 2018, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11674 of 2018.

A copy of the petition was served to the office of the Government Pleader. It seems that the office of the Government Pleader acted promptly and sought instructions.

A copy of communication dated 5th February, 2019 is placed on record by learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader and it is informed that the order of this Court is duly complied with. The Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad has decided the representation of the petitioner and the decision is positive.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on perusal of the aforesaid communication submitted before this Court that by order of the Division Commissioner, the grievance of the petitioners is duly redressed.
