Considering the prayers being made, it would be appropriate that the petitioner approaches the Trial Court in the light of the observations made by the Supreme Court in the matters of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U. P. and others, 2008 All SCR 1890 and Vinubhai Haribhai Malviya Vs. The State of Gujrat and another, AIR 2020 SC( CRI) 289. Granting such liberty criminal writ petition is disposed of.
