Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

The directions issued below paragraph No.9 vide order dated 28.03.2023 in WP No.3379/2023 (Gayabai Maruti Shejwal and Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another), are squarely applicable.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- [a] The Petitioner would tender his individual representation to the Chief Executive OfÏcer, Zilla Parishad in 15 days, in physical khs/April 2024/3542

- 2 - form.

[b] The Chief Executive OfÏcer would consider the representation of the Petitioner and arrive at a decision in 15 days. [c] If the grievance of the Petitioner is still not redressed and if any adverse order is passed, they can approach the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in 15 days.
