Both these applications are filed for quashing of the complaint. Complaint bearing Crime No.I-29/2015 is filed by Gauri Mahesh Shinde i.e. daughter-in-law of Laxmibai w/o Baburao Shinde and complaint bearing Crime No.I-30/2015 is filed by Laxmibai i.e. mother-in-law of Gauri Mahesh Shinde. The complaints are in the nature of cross complaints. Laxmibai and Gauri both are present before the Court. Joint Pursis has been filed by them stating that they have decided to resolve the dispute and compound the complaints. Both of them are identified by their respective lawyers. They admit the contents of purshis.

The dispute is interse basically between the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. With a view to maintain cordial relations, both of them have settled the matter. Considering that it is a case of matrimonial dispute and, not the case of offence of any heinous nature, we accept the settlement. Both of them have filed purshis which is taken on record and marked as "X" and "X-1" for identification.

Considering the above, First Information Report bearing Crime No.I-29/2015 registered with Shillegaon Police Station, Tq. Gangapur for the offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and First Information Report bearing Crime No.I-30/2015 registered with Shillegaon Police Station for the offences 324, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed and set aside.
