Heard Mr. Patil the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at length.

By the present petition the petitioner/husband takes exception to the interim order dated 18.12.2021 passed below Exh.4 in Criminal Revision Application No.14/2021, whereby the learned Revisional Court directed the present petitioner to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.2500/- each to respondent nos.1 and 2 w.e.f. 09.03.2020 during the pendency of the revision. Needless to say that the petitioner has filed Criminal Revision Application No.14/2021 and challenged the judgment and order dated 09.03.2020 passed by the learned JMFC, Bodwad in Criminal M.A. No.60/2019 (Old Criminal M.A. No.10/2018), whereby the learned trial Court had directed the present

( 2 ) 902 cr iwp 473.22 petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- each to the respondents. Therefore, at this juncture I do not find any substantial grounds to interfere with the interim order.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed.
