During hearing, both sides submit that Mr. Darshan Singh Bedi, Advocate of Aurnagabad may be appointed as the Arbitrator, as no empanelled Arbitrator is there at Jalna, though the agreement would show that the venue of arbitration shall be Jalna. Both the sides agree that the venue of arbitration shall be Aurangabad. 2.

In the circumstances, on the joint request of both the sides, the Arbitral Tribunal shall consist of Mr. Darshan Singh Bedi, Advocate of Aurangabad. The parties are directed to file their statements of claim

Arbitration Application accordingly stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
