Present petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 29.12.2022 and grant of approval to appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak w.e.f. 18.10.2021 and release salary of the petitioner within stipulated period. 2.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon taking instructions from respondent No.3 submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four eeks. 3.

In view of said statement, petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal within a period of four weeks from today.
