The petitioner was suspended from service. Subsequently, decision has been taken by the CEO on 22.12.2014 i.e. the suspension period is treated 'as it is'. 2.

Mr. Sonawane, learned Advocate for respondent No. 2 submits that the petitioner can assail such punishment before the Divisional Commissioner.

Even otherwise, the petition is fled almost fve years back, the petitioner may, if it is permissible, avail the remedy as may be available under the law. Naturally, the
