Heard Mr. Bayas, the learned advocate for the applicant/petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Navandar, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Mr. Bayas, the learned counsel submits that, the applicant/ petitioner seeks to place on record the subsequent events. The applicant/petitioner during the pendency of writ petition retired on attaining age of superannuation. Pension proposal was submitted. The same was refused to be forwarded. The facts are sought to be placed on record along with communications.

Even otherwise, the non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. The petition is not yet admitted. 4.

In the light of that, the civil application for amendment is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today with copy to the other side. The civil application is disposed of.
