Having regard to the dispute raised, since premises has already been demolished, the prayers made in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. The petitioners may have approached to the Municipal Commissioner for allotment of appropriate shop / premises / land for running their businesses and in case, the petitioners are also

12683.23WP -2entitled, their case will be considered by the Municipal Commissioner, who shall take appropriate decision and make allotment of the land / shop / premises if the petitioners are entitled to.

A decision under this order shall be taken by the Municipal Commissioner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before him. 4.
