Baseless and reckless allegations are made in the petition against the Sarpanch and the Gramsevak. A vague and ambiguous complaint is filed under the pretext that the Petitioner is a villager.

After arguing for sometime, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition.

In such matters, because a liberal view is taken,

We grant leave to withdraw this petition by imposing costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), which the Petitioner shall deposit in this Court within 30 (thirty) days from today, failing which, we would pass appropriate orders to the District Collector to recover the amount of costs from the Petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, on instructions, with costs as above.
