The grievance of the petitioner in prayer clauses C and D can not be considered in view of the judgment delivered by this Court in W.P.No.4763/2011. As far as prayer clause E is concerned, in fact, vide order dated 20.5.2013, the petitioner has been granted pay-scale of Primary Graduate Teacher i.e. Rs.930034800 with grade pay of Rs.4,200/-. The same is subject to the satisfaction with regard to the original documents. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the said pay-scale is granted, the same is not actually paid to the petitioner. The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall take steps and if some deficiencies are there with regard to the documents, the petitioner shall comply

the said deficiency and shall release the said pay-scale to the petitioner, if otherwise there is no legal impediment. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
