The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed civil suit for declaration of his right on the property and for injunction. 2.

Needless to mention, the revenue authorities are bound by the outcome of the proceedings before the Civil Court and that the petitioner is at liberty to apply for rectification of the revenue entries if he succeeds in the civil suit.
