Present Civil Application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 19.1.2024 and restoring the writ petition at it's original stage.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 4. Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel waives notice for respondent nos.5 and 6. Mr. Vikhe, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.7.

It appears that there were office objections in the main writ petition and a conditional order came to be passed on 19.1.2024 thereby giving time to remove the office objections, and, in case of failure to remove the office objections within stipulated period, writ petition would stand dismissed automatically. The applicant has not removed office objections within the stipulated time and, therefore, condition came to be executed.

Now the learned advocate for the applicant/petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, the order dated 19.1.2024 stands recalled. The writ petition stands restored to it's original stage. Petitioner to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks' from today. It is now again stipulated that if the petitioner fails to remove the office objections within aforesaid period, the writ petition would again stands dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court. 6.

Civil application stand disposed off.
