The petitioner Trust is seeking registration under Section 41 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children), Act, 2015. It's proposal is pending with respondent No.2.

WP_3816_2024 Deficiencies were pointed out, those were duly complied with and still no final decision is being taken.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's application, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, if it is not already decided, within a period of three months.
