Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with CR No. 57/2015 registered with Police Station, Vazirabad, District - Nanded for the offences punishable under Section.s. 143, 148, 149, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. [2] Heard Mr. Gajanan G.Kadam, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. A.V. Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. [3] Present Applicant was arrested on 18th March, 2015. The Applicant was sent in police custody remand for five days. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, there is no recovery or the discovery at the instance of present Applicant, during his interrogation. Mr. Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that at the instance of present Applicant, motorcycle is seized.

2/3 [4] First Information Report is lodged by Vaibhav @ Mahesh Shankarrao Ratnaparkhi In the First Information Report, no specific allegations are made against the present Applicant. Even the name of present Applicant is not appearing in the first information report. The only role attributed to unknown two persons subsequently, according to the prosecution, is the present Applicant is that he has given fist blows. Injury Certificates of the injured Vaibhav @ Mahesh and also Mohammad Athar Mohd.Dastagir are placed on record which do not show any injury that can be attributed to the fist blows.

[5] In that view of the matter, present applicant has made out prima facie case for his release on bail. That leads me to pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Applicant - CHANDRAKANT @ CHANDU S/O RAMA DHUMAL shall be released on regular bail on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 10,000/- [Rs. Ten Thousand.] with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with CR No. 57/2015 registered with Police Station, Vazirabad, District - Nanded for the offences punishable under Section.s. 143, 148, 149, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

(ii) Bail before trial court.

(iii) The Applicant shall attend the Police Station, Vazirabad, District - Nanded once in a week, preferably on every Sunday and shall remain in the Police Station between 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m, till charge-sheet is filed.
