It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicant. There seems to be delay of 190 days in preferring the appeal arising out of motor accident claim.

Heard Mr. Dhage, learned counsel for applicant. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 though duly served, remained absent. By looking to the nature of dispute and the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, more particularly paragraphs 5 and 6, the delay needs to be condoned. Hence, the following order is passed:

I.

The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). II.

The Registry to make scrutiny of the appeal as per the procedure and it be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.
