We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. 2.

It appears to be a case of second seizure, although the same is disputed by the petitioner. According to the respondents the bond has been flouted.

In such a cases, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to avail the remedy of Appeal. 4.

If the Appeal is filed within a period of 15 days from today, the authority shall not raise issue of limitation.
