Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are two groups of management who are claiming supremacy over the trust. One of the groups has suspended the petitioner by an order dated 19th January, 2021. The salary bills of the employees working in the school are being forwarded under the signature of the petitioner. Petitioner is functioning as a Headmaster of the school. 2.

As the petitioner is still working as Headmaster and the salary bills of the staff working in the school are also forwarded under

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off. 4.
