This is a third bail application. The earlier bail applications were decided on merits after considering the material collected by the Investigating Officer. The applicant could not satisfy the Court that there are change-incircumstances that entitle him to claim the bail after rejection of his earlier bail applications. The merits were considered, hence, the bail application stands dismissed.
