PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, Special Darkhast No.5 of 1995 came to be disposed off. In Special Darkhast No.5 of 1995 the J.D. had moved an application for setting aside the auction sale on the ground that auction purchaser had not deposited the auction price within 15 days. Said prayer was turned down vide order dated 22.10.1999. Thus, by passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. So also, the Special Darkhast No.5 of 1995 is also disposed off pending this writ petition. In view of aaa/-
