The learned Senior Advocate points out that the Petitioner, which is a registered association, has put forth representations dated 26th February, 2024 and 27th February, 2024 requesting the State Government to grant an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners before formulating any legal frame work in furtherance of the guidelines for regulating private coaching centers, issued by the Union of India, vide letter dated 16th January, 2024. These representations have been addressed to Respondent Nos. 1 and

2. It is prayed that Respondent No. 2 may consider the representation.

The learned GP submits that he would not make any statement today. If the representations are to be looked into by Respondent No. 2, the same is possible by following the due procedure and thereafter, it will be considered whether the representations can to be entertained.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No. 2, after considering the representations, would communicate the stand being taken, to the Petitioners. If the representations are not being entertained, a reasoned conclusion may be communicated to the Petitioners.
