IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 11 WRIT PETITION NO.5139 OF 2003 RAMESH TAPIRAM PATIL

VERSUS

RAJASHREE NISHIKANT KOLTE & ORS ...

Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. Swapnil S Patil Advocate for Respondent Nos.1, 2 to 4: Mr. A.G. Talhar ...

CORAM : V. K. JADHAV, J.

DATED : 27th January, 2020 PER COURT :- .

It appears that during pendency of this writ petition, the suit bearing Special Civil Suit No.264 of 1998 came to be disposed of. The respondents - plaintiffs had moved an application for addition of some of the parties as defendants and also the additional claim of compensation. Since the trial Court has allowed the said application, being aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner - original defendant has preferred this writ petition. Since the trial Court has disposed off the suit by judgment and decree dated 26.10.2010, this writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged.
