It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners that Wakf Suit in between the parties is already pending and injunction is operating against the present respondents, however, in spite of that the respondents are obstructing the possession of the petitioners over the suit property.

Be that so. It is open for the petitioners to fle appropriate application before the Wakf Tribunal for taking appropriate action against them.

With these observations, Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.
