In all these matters, the management which has appointed these petitioners, is the same. The proposals dated 29.10.2021, 17.07.2019 and 17.07.2019, respectively are pending decision with Respondent No.1 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule.

3941.2023WP+ -2would decide the said proposals by following due procedure laid down in law, expeditiously.

In view of the above, all these three petitions are disposed off with directions to Respondent No.1 to consider these proposals by following the due procedure laid down in law and after perusing the record and verifying the entire procedure of appointment of these petitioners, would pass appropriate orders within the frame work of law, on or before 31st May, 2023.
