We have heard Mr. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for respondents.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner can either file appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code or can also approach the committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015.

In the light of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy as suggested by the learned A.G.P. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
