1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from the same suit land, the civil suit is filed by the parties and that the present proceedings be made subject to the order passed by the Civil Court.

2] In view of Section 22 of the Mamlatdar Courts Act, it is clarified that any order passed by the Civil Court will override, orders passed by the authorities constituted under the Mamlatdar Courts Act. The Civil Court to decide the Civil Suit in accordance with law and without being
