PER COURT :- I have heard learned counsel for the respective sides. Learned Advocates have opposed the application. Considering the above and the order dated 27.4.2016 passed by this Court, the Civil Application is allowed on costs. Learned Advocates for the respondents submit that costs be imposed, which can be donated to the Library of Advocates Association of Bombay High Court bench at Aurangabad. As such, the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.500/- within two weeks from today with the Library of Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, bench at Aurangabad and thereafter remove all objections within two weeks. In the event, either of the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, the Civil Application shall stand rejected and then the earlier order of dismissal of the petition shall stand restored. If the above directions are complied with, list writ Petition No. 10387/2012 for admission on 26.7.2017.

Relief granted on 27.4.2016 to continue.
