This Civil Application was rejected as Rejected Case No. 176 of 2020. The learned Counsel for applicants prays for setting aside the rejection order and allowing the Civil Application. 3.

Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2A and 2B does not oppose this Civil Application.

In view of the same, order of rejection of registration passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is set aside. So also Pooja K.
