Heard. The applicant is alleged to have assaulted the informant at his left eye brow with a sickle. The injury certificate of the informant indicates the nature of injury to be simple. As such, it is an offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code, which is bailable one. 2.

The applicant's criminal liability for non-bailable offence is sought to be invoked with the aid of Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is informed that the applicant had also been beaten up. He took the treatment in a Government

Hospital. He has placed on record his medical papers issued by the Primary Health Centre. In view of the same, the application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No.270/2022, registered with Parali Rural Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
