The learned AGP brings to the notice of this Court Notification dated 30.04.2025, by which extension of period for submitting validity certificate by persons elected on reserved seats of Member, Sarpanch, Councillor, President and Member and Chairman in certain General or Bye-Elections to Village Panchayats, Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto has been granted.

In view of aforesaid ordinance, prayers made in Writ Petition do not survive. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
